Overview
This page covers E3503 / E3504 / E3505 / E3506 (E350X-721-0A0 series), E36157290A0, 40001340 and the 750 JIG NOZZLE. E350X nozzles are high-precision nozzles for JUKI JX / FX machines, used to place high-pin-count ICs such as BGA and QFP; bore accuracy is critical, so check positioning with the vision alignment system after replacement.
The 750 JIG NOZZLE is a fixture-type nozzle for custom placement of special or odd-form components; it is not a standard consumable, so stock it according to actual use. E36157290A0 fits KE2060–2080 machines; it is a medium-to-large nozzle spare — keep at least two to avoid line stops.
