Nozzle wear and sizes: JUKI KE2000 series machines (KE2010 / KE2020 / KE2060 / KE2080) use a turret placement head with a standard bayonet nozzle mount; 500# to 510# are the common replacement sizes. A worn or clogged nozzle tip directly affects pick-up accuracy, so keep a regular replacement record based on production volume.
