What this combination solves
The LR-TB5000C alone handles long-range laser sensing from 60 to 5000 mm. Adding the MU-N12 expansion unit adds I/O points under the same control setup (up to 4 expansion units). Adding the NU-CL1 CC-Link communication unit lets signals from up to 16 sensors go to the PLC over one CC-Link bus, greatly cutting wiring cost. The OP-88025 is a standard M12 cable for connecting these units.

Applications
The LR-TB5000C long-range laser sensor can be used for height and position checks on production lines (such as board thickness and part presence), equipment positioning and logistics height checks. With the NU-CL1 CC-Link unit, it is especially useful in semiconductor fabs or SMT lines that need to bring many sensing points together into a CC-Link PLC system.
