About this module: LCIA (low-cost intelligent automation) solves real problems with simple mechanisms such as gravity, levers, springs and pulleys. This rotary bin rack is a small module for training and demonstration: the top of a post on one side of the base is the centre of rotation, and 6 trays hang on a swinging frame; as it turns, the trays stay level by gravity. It is used for in-house LCIA training and for showing improvement proposals.
