Full boxes slide to hand, empty boxes slide back: a common waste in line-side supply is operators leaving the station to fetch material and then carrying empty boxes back. The return rack does both on one rack. The upper flow tracks slope toward the operator so full boxes slide to hand; the lower tracks slope the other way so empty boxes slide back to the supply side. At the operator end, a receiver catches full boxes from the upper tier and tilts them toward the operator for easy picking; after picking, press it down and the empty box slides into the lower tier, then a gas spring returns the receiver. The rack needs no power.

Common questions
Does the return rack need power or compressed air? The standard return rack needs neither; boxes slide by their own weight on the sloped tracks, and the receiver uses a gas spring, so no air line is needed.
Can the empty box return rack be made to our box size? Yes. Size, slope and load are made to your box size and line.
