Mettler Toledo M800 multi-parameter transmitter
The Mettler Toledo M800 is a ½ DIN panel-mount multi-parameter analyzer transmitter supporting up to four channels of simultaneous measurement, combining pH / ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, TOC, dissolved ozone, turbidity and other process parameters on one platform. Plant engineers can use one transmitter instead of several for different measurements, simplifying hardware and training.
The M800 uses Mettler Toledo ISM® (Intelligent Sensor Management). When a sensor is connected, the system identifies the model, reads its calibration data and starts measuring (Plug and Measure), with no manual parameter entry. The iMonitor™ screen shows the sensor’s Dynamic Lifetime Indicator (DLI), time to next calibration, and health data such as glass membrane condition and drift trend, so maintenance can be scheduled in advance rather than after a sensor fails.
The 5.7-inch color touchscreen offers menu operation with two-level user access control to prevent unauthorized changes to key settings. Communication covers PROFINET™, EtherNet/IP™, HART and FOUNDATION Fieldbus for integration with SCADA or DCS systems. With iSense desktop software, sensors can be pre-calibrated in the lab and the calibration data is uploaded automatically when connected to the transmitter, shortening changeover time. The housing is IP66; the standard version is polycarbonate, and a stainless steel hygienic version is available for pharmaceutical or food use. Certifications: CE, UL, FM.
