Mitsubishi LX-100TD tension detector | 1000 N
Rated 1000 N, for high-tension processes such as heavy fabrics and metal foil. Differential transformer output; combined with a Mitsubishi tension controller it forms a closed-loop tension control system.
The Mitsubishi Electric LX-100TD tension detector has a rated load of 1000 N and uses a differential transformer sensing principle, detecting in both compression and tension directions. Compared with the LX-050TD (500 N), the LX-100TD suits heavier materials or higher-tension processes, such as winding heavy paper, fabric or metal foil.

Installation note: the LX-100TD must be installed with a suitable pillow block bearing; the UCP205 pillow block can be used with the optional LX-030PLT accessory. Mounting bolts must not be longer than the base mounting face thickness t, to avoid damaging the detector.
