NORGREN M/50/LSU/CP cylinder reed switch
The M/50/LSU/CP is the standard magnetic sensing switch for NORGREN cylinders. It detects the magnet ring in the piston without mechanical contact, suitable for long-term continuous operation. If your equipment already uses NORGREN cylinders, this model is a direct replacement; for other cylinder brands, confirm the slot type before selecting.

How it works
A permanent magnet is built into the cylinder piston. When the piston reaches the switch position, the magnetic field actuates the switch, which sends an ON/OFF signal to the PLC. The PVC housing is light and corrosion-resistant for general industrial environments.
Installation note: align the switch with the sensing point of the piston stroke; if it is too far away, it will not switch reliably. When replacing, mark the position of the old switch before removing it, or use a mounting bracket to help position the new one.
Applications
Position feedback on automation lines with NORGREN cylinders, robot stroke confirmation and gripper open / close sensing on packaging machines. For maintenance replacement, using the same model M/50/LSU/CP avoids compatibility issues with other brands.
