Military, aerospace and medical electronics set strict PCBA cleanliness requirements, and high-mix, low-volume production needs a flexible offline cleaning solution. The JHPBT-800P has three levels of spray arms, offset top to bottom and widening from left to right, over a 610 × 560 mm cleaning area with a 3-tier basket. The basket moves back and forth to cover the whole board surface. The number of rinse cycles can be set, and the machine supports water or chemical cleaning to remove rosin, water-soluble and no-clean flux residue.
