Why the filter affects nozzle pick-up rate: 3-head SMT placement machines rely on precise positive and negative air pressure control for nozzles to pick and place components. The 3-head filter sits at the front of the air path and traps oil mist and particles so they do not reach the nozzle valve body. When the filter clogs, vacuum weakens. The first symptom is a slow rise in the component drop rate, and the cause is often wrongly blamed on nozzle wear, delaying maintenance.

Before ordering, please confirm:

- The quantity (we suggest stocking about 3 months of use based on your maintenance interval)
Maintenance: in normal environments we recommend replacing the filter every quarter; in dusty or high-output environments, every 6–8 weeks. Keeping enough stock avoids unplanned stops while waiting for parts.
