Spare parts for Panasonic automatic insertion (AI) machines
Panasonic AV series automatic insertion machines (axial inserter / radial inserter) are core equipment for the DIP process in SMT factories. Every mechanism on an AI machine (clinch jaws, lead cutters, guides, conveyor belts) has its own spare part numbers, and the numbering system is complex, so confirming the correct part number is the first step in avoiding wrong parts during maintenance.

Spares tip: clinch jaws and lead cutters on AI machines are high-wear parts; we suggest keeping 2–3 months of stock to avoid downtime waiting for parts.
