Air cylinders are the pneumatic actuators behind many mechanisms on Panasonic placement machines — cutters, stoppers, nozzle changers, tray box doors, clamps and more. A leaking or sluggish cylinder directly upsets the machine’s timing; common symptoms include the cutter not completing its stroke, the stopper not positioning properly, or nozzle changes failing, and the cylinder should be replaced promptly.
This series covers compatible cylinders for CM202 / CM402 / CM602 / NPM / DT / SP18 machines, for push, cutter, stopper, nozzle changer, tray box door and clamp positions. For models not listed, send us the part number.
