Before you ask
There are many nozzle models, so please confirm these three things so we can find the right one:
- Part number
- Head count (of the mounter)
- Whether you need a new, used or compatible nozzle
Compatible nozzles
The compatible nozzles we supply pass the machine’s vision recognition, run stably and match the specification.
Custom nozzle process
- You provide samples and sample drawings
- JIAHON plans and designs the nozzle
- You approve the quote
- We supply 1 custom sample nozzle for you to test
- After a successful test, we go into production
The whole process takes about one month.
