PCB cards are the control core of each subsystem on a Panasonic placement machine — from the feeder cart communication board to head control cards, vision acquisition cards and Z-axis boards, each card serves a different subsystem. A failing card usually shows up as a specific function failing or an error in the matching subsystem. Confirm the exact card model before replacing it: installing the wrong card can cause further damage to the system.
Important when choosing a board: boards are high-value electrical components, and the model must be fully confirmed before ordering. Please give the machine model, the full part number on your current card’s nameplate and a description of the fault, and we will help confirm the correct model.

Buying tip: cart boards often develop poor contact from repeated plugging and unplugging. Keeping one spare cart board in line with your number of carts greatly shortens troubleshooting time during changeovers.
