Machines: Panasonic CM402 / CM602 / NPM / HDF
Why it matters: screws are small, but they are key to how precisely machine assemblies stay fixed. The HDF head set screws hold the head assembly in place, and when they loosen, nozzle head positioning accuracy suffers. Cart screws fix the boards and connectors of the feeder cart; reel motor screws fix the motor mounting position; and the CM402 tape cover screws keep the tape cover parts tight. There are many screw specifications, so keeping the common ones in stock helps avoid downtime while waiting for parts.
