Why blade hardness matters: if a squeegee blade is not hard enough, it bends as it moves back and forth across the stencil, so the pressure that fills the apertures with solder paste becomes uneven, leading to print thickness variation or bridging. Our Panasonic-compatible blades are not cut by a stencil maker and are made to wipe the paste cleanly.

When to replace: curling or nicks on the blade edge are a clear sign it is time to replace it. Even if the blade looks fine, we recommend replacing it regularly based on output (typically every 500,000 to 800,000 prints) to keep print quality stable.
