About MSR nozzles: MSR series nozzles are made for Panasonic MSR series placement machines. Their model names look like the MV series, but the specs are not interchangeable. The VS type (smallest) is for 0402 micro chips with four-point X-type suction; the S type is for standard 0603 / 0805 chips with a slotted cross tip; the M to L types are round-hole nozzles sized for different components; corner and terminal nozzles are designed for special component shapes.

MSR vs MV: not interchangeable. MSR and MV series nozzles have similar model names and may look alike, but their nozzle sizes, mounting holes and machines are different, so they cannot be swapped. When buying, confirm the machine is an MSR series, not an MV series, to avoid ordering the wrong part.
Stocking in volume: MSR series machines usually have several nozzle heads. We suggest counting how often each nozzle type is used from the component size mix in your production BOM and stocking in proportion, so one type running out does not stop the whole line.
