About these nozzles: the 110 and 115 types are Panasonic placement nozzles for very small components. Their tips have a very fine bore and are mainly used to pick and place tiny passive packages such as 0201 and 0402. The S type is the standard version, and the AS type is a lightweight or special-material version. Because the tip is thin, these nozzles wear faster than other sizes and need replacing more often, so we suggest keeping a higher safety stock on the line. These nozzles are made to the OEM specifications and mount directly as replacements.
