Three things to confirm before asking for a quote: nozzles of similar type but different part numbers differ in small details (such as contact face tolerance or material), and CM402 / CM602 machines with different head counts may use different part numbers. Please send (1) the part number (from the machine service manual or the existing nozzle), (2) the head configuration (CM402 8-head / CM602 16-head) and (3) maker’s part or compatible part, to speed up the quote.
Slotted cross vs X type: 0402 components (1.0 × 0.5 mm) are light and small, so the four-point contact of the X type spreads the vacuum and keeps parts from shifting during high-speed placement. 0603 / 0805 components are larger, and the horizontal slot of the slotted cross type gives a bigger sealing contact area. The two types are not interchangeable.
