Panasonic NPM-D spare parts: nozzles, grippers, sensors and head assemblies

Supply type: for the same part number we may offer new parts (not through the brand’s authorized distributor in Taiwan), compatible parts or used parts removed from machines, depending on stock. Please tell us which you need.

About this series: head accessories for Panasonic NPM-D placement machines cover nozzles, grippers, sensors, head assemblies and other consumables. Part numbers vary with the number of heads on the mounter and the shape of the part, so spare parts management needs close attention to part number matching; fitting the wrong part affects placement accuracy.

This series lists commonly used compatible NPM-D part numbers. Stock covers the nozzle series and head-related assemblies, and we also make custom odd-form nozzles for non-standard tapes or special components.

To request a nozzle quote, please have ready:

1. The part number (required)
2. The mounter model and number of heads
3. Maker’s part or compatible part (please state clearly; it affects the quote and lead time)

With these three items we can confirm and quote quickly, with less back and forth.

Part numbers (partial list)

There are many regular items and not all are listed. If you need a part number not on this list, send it to us and we will check stock and quote.

Custom odd-form nozzles

For non-standard tapes, special components or models the maker has discontinued. The standard process:

1. You provide a sample and drawings.
2. We plan the design.
3. We quote and you approve.
4. We supply 1 sample for you to test.
5. Production follows once the test passes.
