Panasonic photoelectric sensors center on the ultra-slim EX series (4 mm thick) and the CX diffuse reflective series, covering four types: through-beam, diffuse reflective, U-shaped slot and retroreflective. The EX series detects objects as small as φ1 mm with 0.05 mm repeatability, making it especially suited to high-precision detection of tiny parts in tight spaces. The CX series has built-in background suppression and automatic interference prevention; the Ver.2 version cuts power consumption by 60% and complies with the RoHS directive.
