If support pins are set up badly during placement, board flex and component shift are hard to avoid, however accurate the solder paste printing is. What to check: the support pin height must match the gap to the machine’s PCB support platform. The standard height for FUJI NXT is 52.5 mm; Panasonic CM402 / NPM is 51.5 mm (1 mm lower); JUKI 2000 series is 96 mm; RX-7R is 73 mm. Confirm the machine spec before a changeover. ESD-safe pins are recommended for boards with ESD-sensitive components.
