Brush cleaning, adhesive roller and ion bar in one inline unit.
Dust and static left on a PCB before printing, placement or exposure are a common cause of shorts, poor solder joints and lower yield. The JHPBT-460 cleans the board while it is conveyed: a brush stage loosens surface dust, an adhesive roller picks the loosened particles off the board, and a built-in ion bar keeps the static level on the board below 100 V. No manual wiping is needed between steps.

Features
- Two-stage cleaning: the brush loosens dust and the adhesive roller removes it, so particles are taken off the board rather than moved around.
- Static control: the ion bar keeps board static below 100 V, which reduces dust re-attracting to the surface.
- Operator interface: counts the adhesive paper replacement cycle and shows the conveying speed digitally.
- Compact footprint: small enough to be added to an existing PCB line without major line changes.
Typical uses
- Dust removal on PCBs before soldering
- Reducing dust in optoelectronic display processes
- Keeping substrates clean before precision screen printing
