The role of sticky rollers in cleanrooms
Sticky rollers are a basic cleaning tool at cleanroom entrances and for daily maintenance. The adhesive PE film picks up dust particles, hair and debris from floors, tables, walls and clothing as it rolls, keeping contaminants from spreading. Compared with sweeping or wiping, rolling raises less dust and better follows the cleanroom principle of creating no secondary contamination.

Advantages of water-based acrylic adhesive
The water-based acrylic adhesive leaves no residue on the surface after the sheet is peeled off, so contaminants don’t end up left behind on equipment or floors. The PE film is soft rather than brittle and doesn’t crack into particles when sheets are torn off, meeting cleanroom work requirements.
Usage tips: before each use, check that the roller surface isn’t damaged or lifting at the edges. When adhesion drops noticeably (the surface is saturated with particles), peel off that sheet to expose a fresh adhesive layer. Use the roller on clothing after changing at the cleanroom entrance, as a final line of protection.
