Parts on this page: the seventh Panasonic parts page, focused on rail conveying and machine frame parts: rail conveyor belts, rail edge clamp plates, X / Y axis covers, feeder cart power cables and nozzle shaft cleaning jigs. Most are rail plate and frame parts. They wear slowly, but when one fails it directly affects PCB transfer accuracy and the overall rigidity of the machine; they can be bought together at the yearly major PM.
Rail belts and clamp plates: NPM rail conveyor belts are black seamless flat belts in four lengths: 990L (MTNK002606AA), 1050L (MTNK002604AA), 1566L (MTNK002595AA) and 1980L (MTNK002584AA). Choose by machine configuration. When a belt ages, transfer speed becomes unstable or the PCB stop position shifts. Edge clamp plates are split by sub-model: NPM-D (N210173678AA), NPM-W (N210194672AD) and NPM-TT (N210161532AA). When a plate wears, the PCB clamping force drops and the board is less stable during placement.
Axis covers and cart cables: the X axis cable carrier joint cover (KXF0CWMAA00) and Y axis cover (KXF0CWPAA00) fit CM202 / CM402 and protect the axis drive joints; when a cover breaks, dust gets into the joints, so replace them during a machine overhaul. Feeder cart power cables come in three versions by sub-model: CM402 / CM602 (N510028646AB), NPM-W / TT (N610119365AD) and NPM-D (N610073915AB). The connectors are not interchangeable, so confirm the machine model before ordering.
