Two-part methacrylate (MMA) structural adhesives made in the USA. They bond metals, plastics and composites with almost no surface preparation, cure at room temperature, and work from −50 to 121 °C. MA310 (400 mL) is for small and medium structural parts; AO420 (380 mL) is for large composite structures.

Conventional polyurethane adhesives can fatigue under high impact and cyclic load, and epoxy needs careful sanding and degreasing. PLEXUS is based on MMA and adheres well to metals, thermoplastics and composites, usually without a primer, which shortens the process. MA310 is designed for a 10:1 ratio gun and is used for small and medium structural parts (car doors, bonnets, metal frames). AO420 is designed for large composite structures such as wind turbine blades, large hulls and industrial structures. After cure it resists heat and chemical attack, including hydrocarbons, acids and alkalis from pH 3 to 10, and salt solutions.
