For cleaning ink and flux residue from printing screens and meshes.
In screen printing, ink and flux left on the screen or mesh after each batch must be cleaned off thoroughly; otherwise the fine openings clog and printing accuracy suffers. The JHPBT-1200 is driven entirely by compressed air, so it needs no electricity and has no electrical spark source. High-density rotating spray heads on both sides remove residue, and a 3-stage, 5-layer filtration system lets the cleaning solvent be reused.
