PVC Anti-Static Floor Tile Overlay | Self-Adhesive, 600×600 / 590×590 mm, 10⁴–10⁹ Ω

Repairing raised floors without lifting panels

When the surface of a raised floor in a server room or electrical room wears out, lifting and replacing whole panels takes time and labor, and a scratched, worn surface can break anti-static continuity. This PVC anti-static floor overlay has a self-adhesive backing: peel and stick, no tools needed. Two sizes, 600×600 mm and 590×590 mm, fit common raised-floor panels. Surface resistance is 10⁴–10⁹ Ω, and the 1 mm thickness adds almost no load to the floor.

Key features

  • Self-adhesive, no tools: peel off the backing and press in place, no glue needed; facility staff can install it themselves.
  • Restores anti-static continuity: with 10⁴–10⁹ Ω surface resistance, the repaired area returns to anti-static performance for server room ESD control.
  • Two common sizes: 600×600 and 590×590 mm for mainstream raised-floor panels.
  • Wear-resistant: the PVC wear layer handles daily foot traffic without bubbling, curling or peeling.
  • Easy to clean: the surface resists dirt and wipes clean during maintenance.
  • Thin and light: 1 mm thick, so it does not affect the raised floor’s structure.
