The rinse stage of PCBA cleaning uses a lot of DI water. Using it once and draining it wastes water and adds to the wastewater load.
The JHPB-T100L rinse water recycling filter system uses a feed pump, sand filter, carbon filter and polishing mixed bed to bring used rinse DI water back to a resistivity of ≥ 2 MΩ·cm and return it to the cleaning machine, with an output of ≥ 150 L/H. Rinse water can be recycled 100–150 times before a scheduled change; the actual number of cycles can be set to match your board cleanliness requirement.

Process flow
Used rinse DI water → 0.5 t collection tank → 1 t/h booster pump → 1 t/h sand / carbon filter → two-stage mixed-bed resin → safety filter → product water 2 MΩ → back to the cleaning machine rinse
Key advantages
Rinse water changed only every 100–150 uses. After sand / carbon filtration and two-stage mixed-bed polishing, the rinse DI water returns to above 2 MΩ·cm and goes straight back to the cleaning machine. Rinse water that used to be drained after one use becomes process water that can be reused more than a hundred times.
In-line monitoring you can see. An in-line product water resistivity meter shows reused water quality in real time, so you do not find out the water is wrong only after boards are badly cleaned.
Fits after your existing cleaning line. The inlet is designed for DI product water, so the unit connects directly after the rinse stage of a PCBA cleaning machine without changing your existing cleaning process.
Clear consumable specs. Quartz sand, coconut-shell activated carbon, a 20-inch PPF filter cartridge and polishing resin are listed with their specs, so stocking spares is easy.
