Turns cleaning rinse water into 90% reclaimed water and 10% concentrate.
How it works
Rinse water from cleaning lines is costly to throw away and must be treated before discharge. JHPBT-1000LXS uses low-temperature vacuum distillation: at −97 kPa the waste liquid boils at about 28–30 °C, which avoids chemicals co-boiling at high temperature. The output is 10% concentrate and 90% reclaimed water, at 1000 L per day (50 L/h).
The whole process runs closed under negative pressure, with no exhaust gas. It runs continuously and automatically — waste liquid and antifoam are fed and residue is discharged automatically — with PLC control and a touch screen for one-button start and stop.
Process flow: cleaning process → pre-filter → waste transfer tank → 28–30 °C low-temperature distillation → reclaimed water; the 10% concentrate is sent out for treatment in small amounts. Typical layout: 1-ton raw liquid tank, evaporator (with antifoam tank), 1-ton concentrate tank, 1-ton reclaimed water tank.
