SMC ITV3050 electro-pneumatic regulator
The ITV3000 series is the larger-port size (Rc 3/8″) in SMC’s electro-pneumatic regulator range. Linked to a PLC, it provides stepless pressure control where more flow is needed.
Where the ITV3050 fits
The ITV3050 is the larger-body model in the ITV series, with an Rc 3/8″ outlet port. It suits processes that need more flow — for example, pressure control of large-bore cylinders, central pressure regulation of multi-point distribution lines, or applications that need fast filling. Compared with the ITV2050 (Rc 1/4″), the ITV3050 offers higher flow capacity, which helps when the downstream volume is large.

Selection note: the two versions share the same port size; confirm the pressure range and input signal type (current or voltage) needed by your process and PLC analog output module, and check them with us before ordering. This is general guidance; please confirm for your application.
Maintenance tips
- After power-on, the keys are locked and any key press shows “Loc”. To change settings, hold the DOWN key for more than 2 seconds; when “Loc” flashes, press SET to unlock.
- “Er” followed by a number indicates an error: Er1 input signal out of range, Er2 EEPROM read/write, Er3 memory read/write, Er4 solenoid valve failure, Er5 switch output overcurrent. Switch off the power, find and remove the cause, then power on again.
- To reset the settings, hold the UP and DOWN keys together for more than 3 seconds and release when “RES” is displayed.
- Filter the air supply to 5 μm. If lubrication is needed, install the lubricator on the outlet side of this valve, not the inlet side.
- The valve is adjusted at the factory; do not disassemble it.
- If supply pressure is lost while power is still on, the solenoid valve will keep chattering — switch off the power. Fully insulate the ends of unused monitor-output wires. Maximum cable length is 10 m.
