When the control board of an SMT buffer conveyor fails, PCB transport stops along the whole line and downtime is costly. Buffer conveyors on the market use one of three control designs by drive type: single motor, dual motor or stepper motor. We supply compatible control boards for each type that can be swapped in directly, so there is no need to replace the whole conveyor.
PCB cleaner brushes are consumables for PCB cleaning machines (spray or ultrasonic). As brushes wear, cleaning drops and more flux residue is left. We supply standard and custom-made cleaner brushes, quoted by brush size, bristle material (nylon / stiff bristle) and machine model.
Supply type: for the same part number we may offer new parts (not through the brand’s authorized distributor in Taiwan), compatible parts or used parts removed from machines, depending on stock. Please tell us which you need.
