Catches wrong, missing and reversed parts on the first board, before the batch runs.
What it does
JHFAIS-G2 checks the first assembled board of an SMT run against the BOM. It measures resistors and capacitors, uses machine vision to check part presence and polarity, and saves a report with photos and values, so wrong, missing or reversed parts are found before they repeat across a whole batch.
Key features
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Fast programming | Import the BOM and XY coordinates; the test program is generated in about 1 minute |
| Laser pointer guidance | A laser spot shows the operator which part to test next |
| Camera and voice prompts | 12 MP camera; OK / NG result announced by voice |
| Wrong / missing / reversed check | Vision check of ICs, diodes and other parts; photos saved automatically |
| Measurement | 0.05% accuracy; minimum 0.1 Ω / 0.1 pF; bridge frequency up to 200 kHz; 0201 to 2512 |
| Speed | About 1.5 s per component |
| Traceable report | Report with images, values, operator account and time |
