MK printers: the MK888Y clamp plate and the MK878 fixing plate and scraper are core wear parts of the MK stencil clamping and cleaning system. The squeegee proximity switch (TL-W5MC1) is a common sensor wear part on printers, available as a standard compatible version and an Omron-brand version. DEK printers: the wiper roller (145894) is a core wear part of the cleaning mechanism; the paper roll pressure rod, paper roll rod main shaft, and the cleaning unit magnet (107443) and spring (G0332) are all DEK cleaning module parts — set spares quantities by how often you use them.
GKG / HTGD / DESEN printers: camera cables and video cables (including 5 m lengths) connect the vision system. When there is a signal loss or poor contact, replacing the cable first is the quickest way to rule it out.
MPM (MOMENTUM / BTB / MPM125) printers: the paper rod stop collar (with screws), paper pressure rod (1014515), paper roll rod (1002599) and shaft (1014306) are the standard wear set of the cleaning mechanism — buying them as a set is recommended.
FUJI NXT M3: the cable chain parts (M3 connector pair + bracket 2MGTSA006702 + R-side bracket 2MGTSA006004) fit NXT M3 machines; confirm the machine code when ordering.

Buying notes
- Squeegee proximity switch TL-W5MC1: the standard compatible version and the Omron-brand version differ slightly in sensing distance; check the printer maker’s spec before buying.
- Troubleshooting GKG camera cables: when the vision system raises an error, replace the camera / video cable first to rule out a contact problem — a cable costs far less than the camera itself.
- MPM paper rod set: paper pressure rod (1014515) + paper roll rod (1002599) + shaft (1014306) — a batch quote for all three is recommended.
- DEK cleaning unit magnet + spring: the magnet (107443) and spring (G0332) work together; replace both when one is damaged.
