This page continues the energy-saving magnetic types from part III and adds selection notes for silicone end dams, a KME POP squeegee and the MPM MOMENTUM 125 45° squeegee. In mixed-brand lines that maintain several printer brands at once, the squeegee spares list often runs past 20 part numbers; this page is meant for confirming items when you send one combined enquiry.
Spares planning: check squeegee blades every 100,000 PCBs or every 3 months, and replace them when the edge shows wear notches (chipped edge) or has hardened. End dams are changed less often, but a worn end dam easily lets paste leak at the sides — a visual check every six months is recommended. Silicone end dams (energy-saving flexible type) seal better than standard rubber dams and can be used where paste volume is large or temperatures are high.
Trademarks: GKG, SP28, MPM, MOMENTUM, BTB and KME are trademarks or model names of their owners, used here only to identify compatible machines. JIAHON is not the authorized distributor of these brands in Taiwan.
