Compatible SMT printer rubber squeegee blades II: choosing blade length by PCB width

Blade length is the step where rubber squeegee orders most often go wrong. A blade that is too short leaves poor print quality along both PCB edges; one that is too long may hit the machine rails or the board fixtures. This page is a quick length lookup by machine type for compatible rubber squeegee blades used on GKG, SPG, MPM, SPD and other printer brands, to help buyers match the right size and order fewer wrong parts. Sold as single blades.

How to choose the length: the squeegee is usually the PCB width + 20–40 mm (10–20 mm spare on each side), so pressure is even across the whole board. Large main boards (400 mm and wider) usually take 450–550 mm blades; standard PCBs (200–350 mm wide) take 250–400 mm blades; small SIM card or module boards can use 150–200 mm blades. If you replace the squeegee holder at the same time, also check its hole pitch and angle (45° / 60°).

Trademarks: GKG, SPG, MPM and SPD are trademarks or model names of their owners, used here only to identify compatible machines. JIAHON is not the authorized distributor of these brands in Taiwan.
