How well the stencil is cleaned has a direct effect on solder paste print yield. The wiper blade (squeegee wiper blade / stencil wiper blade) is the core consumable of the printer’s automatic stencil wiping unit. Once it wears or hardens, it no longer wipes off residual paste cleanly and leaves contamination on the stencil underside, which can lead to bridging or open joints. This page lists compatible wiper blades for SP18, A5 / ASE, GKG G3 / G5 / G9 / GT / GSE / GLS, CP400 / CP450 / CP500, MPM, DEK and HTGD GD450 printers, including aluminium-base blades, white composite blades (Vespel / stainless steel) and vacuum blades.
What to confirm before ordering: wiper blade length is usually written as “overall length – effective rubber length”. For example, “414-300 mm” means the whole assembly is 414 mm long with a 300 mm rubber wiping section. GKG G9 / GT blades come in single-hole and double-hole versions, so please check before you order. DEK blades come with spray holes (210210 / 210211 / 210212) for wet wiping, or without spray holes (193199–193823) for dry wiping; the machine settings differ, so confirm each separately.
