Wiper blade length is a common cause of wrong orders. One printer can take several lengths — GKG G9, for example, has three overall length options: 414 mm, 498 mm and 553 mm — and the wrong one simply will not fit. This page gives a wiper blade length lookup by machine model to help buyers and maintenance staff confirm the size quickly and order fewer wrong parts. It covers SP18, A5 / ASE, GKG G3–GT / GLS, CP400–500, MPM (640 series), DEK (315–633 mm) and HTGD GD450.
How to confirm the length: if you have the old blade, measure the overall length of the aluminium (or steel) base and the length of the rubber wiping section (the distance between the end caps at each end). That gives you the “overall length – blade length” format used below. If the blade is too damaged to measure, check the machine’s maintenance manual or send us the machine model and we will help confirm the size.
