Ultrasonic and high-pressure spray cleaning for SMT printer squeegees.
If solder paste residue is not fully removed from squeegees, repeated use lowers print quality and contaminates the stencil. The JHPBT-580 rotates the cleaning basket 360° in front of left, center and right spray arms, and combines ultrasonic cleaning with high-pressure spray to remove residue from every angle. The cleaning and rinsing systems run separately to prevent cross-contamination, and the solvent is recirculated to save consumables.
