Idle gears: Yamaha SSY / ZSY feeders are used on YS12 / YS24 / YS20 / SS high-speed placement machines. This page lists 25 compatible parts, mainly the winding gear set (GEAR IDLE P1–P5), electric feeder gears and front stopper blocks for fine adjustment. The SSY / ZSY drive uses gears in series: idle gears P1 to P5 (KHJ-MC151-00 to KHJ-MC155-00) each have a position, and if one is missing the drive stops. Electric feeder gears and feed gears: the electric feeder gears (KHJ-MC251-00 to KHJ-MC534-00) are used on YS24 electric feeders SS 12–72 mm, six part numbers with different roles. When replacing, check the parts list (BOM) or compare with the old gear, so a wrong gear ratio does not cause abnormal feed speed. Feed gears come in 8 mm (KHJ-MC138-00) and 12 / 16 / 24 mm (KHJ-MC238-00); the suffixes 138 and 238 are easy to confuse, so choose by tape width.
Front stopper blocks and anti-lift ring: front stopper blocks locate the feeder precisely when it is mounted. The standard versions are KHJ-MC104-00 / MC105-00 / KLJ-MC10W-00; fine-adjustment versions come in five steps from 0.01 mm (KHJ-MC107-00) to 0.1 mm (KHJ-MC10G-00) to remove accumulated mounting tolerance. The anti-lift rubber ring (KHJ-MC149-00) sits on the guide rail R rod; when it ages, the tape lifts and jams. It is a small high-wear part on YS24 electric feeders.
