The first step into the cleanroom
People are one of the main sources of particles in a cleanroom. An air shower is installed between the gowning room and the cleanroom: when a person steps in, nozzles blow air over the clothing to remove surface particles before entering the clean area. We supply SUS304 stainless steel air showers with 1-, 2- and 3-person passages, with sizes made to fit the site opening.

How to choose
- Number of people passing at once: choose a 1-person passage for one person at a time; for shift changes with many people, choose a 2- or 3-person passage to reduce queuing.
- Single or double blow: single blow has air from one side and is narrower; double blow has air from both sides for more even coverage. Choose double blow when space allows.
- Material: SUS304 is recommended for cleanrooms and damp environments; SUS201 has lower corrosion resistance and is not recommended for damp areas or where chemicals are present.
- Measure the opening first: confirm the wall opening, ceiling height and supply voltage before quoting.

- Dimensions are for reference; actual outer and opening sizes follow the quotation drawing.
- Delivery and installation of large equipment are charged separately; please ask.
