Move PCBs between SMT processes without static or board damage
Bare boards and assembled boards wait between printing, placement, reflow and test. A transfer cart keeps them standing in slots, separated from each other and protected from electrostatic discharge. This cart uses a stainless steel frame with fully welded joints, so the structure stays rigid and does not deform in long-term use, and the ESD properties remain stable. The slot pitch can be adjusted to suit different board sizes, and swivel casters let operators turn the cart in tight aisles.

How to choose
- Slot plate length: choose a length longer than the board side that sits in the slot (350, 460, 530 or 630 mm).
- Capacity: count how many boards wait between two processes in one batch, and choose 200, 300, 400 or 500 boards.
- Aisle width: carts for 500 boards are 1000 mm long; carts with 530 and 630 mm slot plates are 650 mm wide — check the aisles and doorways on your line.
