When semiconductor chips, optical modules and precision ceramic parts are moved on an ordinary trolley, vibration from floor joints can cause knocks or micro-cracks, especially on long night-shift material runs. This series combines an SUS304 body with quiet shock-absorbing casters that absorb floor vibration, so precision materials move more steadily.

Can the trolley be made to order? Yes. Choose 2 to 4 shelves and damping or conductive casters; an AGV docking base can also be designed. Please give the size and quantity when you ask for a quote.
How is it different from an ordinary trolley? The SUS304 body is fitted with quiet damping casters that absorb vibration from floor joints and ramps. No damping figures are listed for this series.
What makes the ESD version different? It has a conductive structure and optional conductive casters. Standard PU casters have high resistance and do not ground the trolley, so choose conductive casters and make sure the floor has ESD flooring or grounding points.
