For washing parts, draining and filtering: a basket in exactly the right size
When cleaning parts or draining equipment, a basket may be too big for the cleaning tank, or the mesh too large so parts fall through. SUS304 stainless steel wire baskets resist hot water and common cleaning agents and have strong welds. JIAHON offers square, round and lidded versions, with size and mesh made to your drawing.

How to choose
- Mesh smaller than the parts: for small parts and screws, choose a small mesh or the lidded version so parts don’t fall out.
- Size to fit the tank: measure the inside of the washer, ultrasonic tank or sink first, and leave 2–3 cm clearance on each side for easy handling.
- Stacking or hanging: if baskets need to stack or hang on a machine, tell us so we can include it in the design.
- Cleaning liquid: 304 withstands common cleaning agents and hot water; tell us in advance about strong acids or alkalis.
