Why Swagelok for analyzer sampling systems?
The measuring accuracy of industrial analyzers (gas chromatographs, infrared analyzers, oxygen analyzers and others) depends heavily on the leak-tightness and pressure stability of the sampling lines. Swagelok is a widely used brand for analytical instrumentation sampling systems. Its tube fittings need no welding, can be disassembled and reassembled, and are leak-tight. Combined with K series regulators, needle valves and ball valves, they form the complete pressure-control loop from the sampling probe to the analyzer inlet.
