The insert end (stem, male end) of the compact QTM series quick connects. PTFE sealed, with shutoff (DESO), coupled pressure rating 4,500 psig, 1/4 in. tube fitting end, tool-free fingertip operation.
The Swagelok SS-QTM2-D-400 is the insert end (stem, male end) of the QTM2 series PTFE-sealed quick connects, with a shutoff design (DESO). Cv = 0.6, coupled pressure rating up to 4,500 psig, uncoupled up to 1,000 psig. It has a 1/4 in. Swagelok tube fitting end and must be paired with the matching QTM2 body.

QTM series feature: recessed PTFE seal
Compared with the QC series, the QTM series quick connects use a recessed PTFE sealing face — the seal sits inside the connector rather than being exposed, which keeps contaminants (dust, liquids, finger grease) off the sealing surface. This suits closed sampling cylinder connections, analyzer sample inlet lines and other applications with high cleanliness requirements.
