Move things inside the chamber without breaking vacuum. Once a vacuum chamber is sealed, moving a sample or shutter inside it requires a vacuum feedthrough to transfer motion from outside while keeping the seal. JIAHON offers stainless steel linear, rotary and multi-axis motion feedthroughs; CF and KF flange interfaces and stroke can be made to order.
Specifications
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Type | Linear feedthrough, rotary feedthrough; 2-axis and 3-axis motion feedthroughs |

| Stroke | Made to order |
| Body material | Stainless steel |
How to choose
- Linear or rotary: use linear to insert a sample into the chamber and adjust its position; use rotary to turn a sample or operate a shutter.
- Check the chamber interface first: CF is used for high and ultra-high vacuum; KF quick-release fittings are easy to assemble and remove. Tell us the flange specification on your chamber.
- Stroke and load: how far it must travel and how much hangs on the end determine the feedthrough’s size and drive.
- Manual or motorized: choose motorized when you need repeatable positioning or remote control.
Applications
- Sample transfer and positioning inside vacuum chambers
- Coating, evaporation and sputtering equipment
- Vacuum experiments such as surface analysis and electron microscopy
- Operating vacuum shutters and valves
Notes
- Vacuum level, stroke and load depend on the model; a specification sheet is provided with the quotation.
- Non-standard interfaces and strokes can be made to your drawing.
