Solvent ultrasonic cleaning that keeps the solvent in the tank.
Overview
JHPBT-1050SR uses a non-flammable organic solvent. The effective tank size is 550 × 450 × 500 mm (about 120 L effective), with 40 kHz ultrasonics and 4.5 kW heating. A cooling zone and a lid above the tank prevent solvent evaporation during cleaning. The body is welded SUS304 / 316 stainless steel; a PLC touch-screen interface controls each tank’s parameters separately.
