Let the water curtain catch the paint mist
Paint mist from spraying settles on walls and equipment and affects operators. A water curtain spray booth forms a flowing sheet of water on the back panel; the exhaust draws the paint mist toward the curtain, where the water captures it. JIAHON offers stainless steel booths from 0.6 m compact one-piece units to 3 m two-operator booths, and can also make them to your drawing.

How to choose
- Width follows the workpiece: allow the workpiece plus room for the spray gun, 20–30 cm on each side.
- Why a water curtain: the flowing water captures paint mist, needs fewer consumables than dry filter media, and keeps the spray area cleaner.
- Power: compact one-piece units use 220 V; for larger booths, check three-phase power on site and tell us when asking for a quote.
- Material: stainless steel is recommended for long-term water contact; galvanized steel is an option for tighter budgets.
Applications
- Painting metal and plastic parts
- Woodwork and furniture finishing
- Painting models and samples
- Spraying before baking in small batches
Notes
- Air flow, water pump and exhaust duct size depend on the model and are given with the quote.
- Whether the exhaust needs additional treatment equipment depends on local environmental regulations; we can discuss this with the quote.
- Shipping and installation of large custom units are charged separately.
