The wave solder nozzle plate decides the shape of the solder wave and how the solder is spread. Once the nozzle holes wear or clog, defects such as solder bridges and poor joints rise noticeably. We supply compatible nozzle plates for mainstream wave solder brands including Nitto, Jintuo and Colonwell. We confirm the spec from your machine model before supply, and non-standard plates can be made to order.
